Advancing The Sanctity Of Human Life On Capitol Hill

Stop Infanticide - Support the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act

Congress must take action to protect babies that survive an abortion. The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act would provide the needed protection for these newborn babies, but right now legislators are blocking the bill from even being brought to the House floor for a vote.

There is a way to surpass this blockade.

If a majority, or 218 House members, sign the discharge petition, it forces the bill to be brought to the House floor. So far, 203 members have signed. We only need 15 more House member signatures.

Act now by adding your name to our petition urging key House members to sign the discharge petition and bring this measure to stop infanticide to a House vote!

Our petition states:

Stand with the American People to Oppose Infanticide!

As an American who treasures the gift of human life, I urge you to sign Discharge Petition No. 0001 in order to bring HR 962 - the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act - to a full House floor vote.

Requiring medical care and attention for newborns that survive an abortion should not be controversial and the majority of Americans agree. Some 77 percent of voters support legislation to ensure that a baby who survives a botched abortion gets the same medical treatment as any other baby.

Again, as a friend of freedom and the unborn, I urge you, as a member of the House, to immediately sign Discharge Petition No. 0001 to bring the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act to a floor vote!
